We went in the first week of July and the weather was amazing - they were just transitioning from summer to fall. Went to Mauritius first (Stayed at a 5-star hotel in the Waterfront, and did a helicopter ride over the waterfront area). The wine tours were fabulous, relaxing and peaceful and the helicopter ride gave beautiful views. This was the most exhiliarting and wonderful vacation yet, and we've been snorkeling in the great barrier reef so we definitely have some travel experience.
